Welcome to
Kyma & Eros Villas

Welcome to Kefalonia and to Livatho, a region where the natural landscape and the architectural heritage of the Ionian Islands coexist effortlessly, shaping a place with a strong sense of identity.

Our collection of ten homes, welcoming between two and eight guests, is spread across the villages of Svoronata, Lakithra, and Sarlata, in places deeply connected to our family’s history. They were created with respect for the environment and the character of the area as spaces that reflect the local way of life, memories, and values.

Each home is a natural extension of its surroundings. Among the trees, the sounds of nature, and the slower rhythm of everyday life, it offers an opportunity to connect more deeply with Kefalonia and the elements that make it unique.

We draw inspiration from places that have preserved their authenticity through time, from their architectural heritage and local craftsmanship to their culinary traditions and, above all, the people who continue to give meaning and character to them.

A Family Affair
Our story begins in Livatho.
Among olive groves, village squares, and the landscapes of southern Kefalonia, generations of our family have remained closely connected to the island.

In 2002, this connection inspired the creation of our first guest houses. Since then, our aim has remained the same: to create homes that feel genuinely connected to their surroundings and offer a more personal experience of Kefalonia. Every home reflects the places that inspired it and the values that continue to guide us, such as simplicity, generosity, respect, and heartfelt hospitality.
More than a place to stay, our homes invite you to experience the slower rhythm, authentic character, and everyday beauty of Kefalonia.
